Madalena is a trainee lawyer.
She finished her Law Degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (FDUL) in 2021. In that same year, she started the Master's Degree in Business Law and Technology (“Law & Tech”) at NOVA School of Law, which she concluded in 2024.
At the same time, in 2022, she started a Master's Degree in Forensic Science, with specialisation in Criminal Law, at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP), which she completed in 2025.
In 2024, Madalena attended the 36th edition of the Preparation Course for Admission to the Centre for Judicial Studies at Universidade Portucalense and, in 2025, she joined the 9th Intensive Preparation Course for Admission to the Centre for Judicial Studies from the Research Centre for Private Law (CIDP).
During her degree, she completed a part-time traineeship at a small law firm, specialising in civil law.
Madalena joined BMA in 2025 to complete her professional traineeship and is currently preparing to join the Bar Association.
