Baptista Monteverde & Associados is always interested in young lawyers and law graduates. We also provide internships as part of legal training. The qualities we look for in our lawyers are strong intelligence, self-confidence and business sense. As an international law firm, we also recruit qualified young lawyers in jurisdictions other than Portugal, in particular lawyers from countries with a Germanic Roman tradition. However, for a good integration into our teams, it will be necessary for foreign lawyers to have sufficient command of the Portuguese language.
