Inês Rodrigues

She finished her law degree at Faculdade de Direito of Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 2008. In 2008 Inês finished a Post-Graduation Degree in Industrial Property Law at Associação Portuguesa de Direito Intelectual / Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa and in 2012 a Master Degree in Legal Business Studies at Faculdade de Direito of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She has been admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association in 2009.

Between 2006 and 2009, Inês collaborated with the law firm Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, as a trainee lawyer. Between 2009 and 2011 Inês worked as legal adviser in a pharmaceutical company. Inês has also collaborated as a lawyer at Gastão da Cunha Ferreira between 2011 and 2015, and as an associate lawyer at the law firm CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut from 2015 to 2018.

Inês has been representing clients in litigation and providing advice in legal matters such as patents, arbitration, trademarks, design, copyright and data protection.
