Inês Cruz Teixeira

Inês is a trainee lawyer.


She finished her Law Degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa in 2023. In that same year, she started the Master’s Degree in Law and Management under the joint programme between NOVA School of Law and Nova School of Business and Economics. 

As part of her final Master's thesis, she has been conducting research on “Creditors Protection in Demerger Operations of Portuguese-based Companies”.

During her academic journey, Inês participated in an international mobility semester at Freie Universität Berlin, under the THEMIS network.

Inês is currently completing her traineeship for the Bar Association at BMA, particularly focusing on Industrial Property.
