He finished his Law Degree in 2005 at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade do Porto and also completed a course at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, on Industrial Property.

Fábio joined the Portuguese Bar Association as a lawyer in 2008. He worked as a trainee lawyer and lawyer at the Law Office of Araújo Barros from 2005 to 2011, as a Intellectual Property Consultant at Raúl César Ferreira from 2011 to 2015.

He is a Portuguese Industrial Property Agent since 2016.

He has been representing parties in litigation and providing advice in legal matters such as patents, arbitration, trademarks, design, copyright, contracts, civil liability, labour, crime, administrative offence and administrative. Fábio has an extensive experience at Court, having completed hundreds of trials.
