The first edition of this annual conference will bring together an exceptional group of speakers, including UPC judges from several jurisdictions, for a full day of high-level discussion on patents, standards and UPC practice.
The programme will feature expert panels addressing key topics such as the UPC after its first three years, preliminary injunctions, assertion and defence strategies, the relationship between the EPO and the UPC, and reflections from the Bench.
