Madalena Pacheco joins BMA

We are delighted to welcome Madalena Pacheco to BMA’s Trademark Team!
With over 15 years of experience in industrial property, Madalena brings extensive expertise in IP strategic planning, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management.
Before joining BMA, she collaborated with RCF - Protecting Innovation for 15 years.
Madalena holds a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Rights from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, a program organized by the Portuguese Intellectual Law Association, which she completed in 2015.
Since 2022, she has been an Official Industrial Property Agent and an EUIPO Professional Representative. Additionally, she completed the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) DL-101 General Course on Intellectual Property in 2009.
She is also an active member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), as well as ACPI and APDI.
