Madalena Fernandes joins BMA

We are delighted to welcome Madalena Fernandes to BMA.
Madalena obtained her Law Degree from the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa (FDUL) in 2021 and a Master's Degree in Business Law and Technology (“Law & Tech”), at NOVA School of Law, in 2024.
Earlier this year, Madalena also completed a Master's Degree in Forensic Science, with specialization in Criminal Law, at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP).
In 2024, Madalena attended the 36th edition of the Preparation Course for Admission to the Centre for Judicial Studies at Universidade Portucalense and, in 2025, she joined the 9th Intensive Preparation Course for Admission to the Centre for Judicial Studies organized by the Research Centre for Private Law (CIDP).
Currently, Madalena is completing her Bar Association traineeship at BMA, with a particular focus on Litigation.
