We are pleased to announce that Cláudia Trindade, Counsel at BMA, will be speaking at the 10th edition of "DIÁLOGOS MAGISTRADOS / ADVOGADOS", organised by the Círculo de Advogados de Contencioso, joining the panel on “AI and the assessment of evidence”.
The 2026 edition of DIÁLOGOS will focus on the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and Justice, bringing together judges, lawyers, academics and technology specialists to discuss, among other topics, the use of AI systems in supporting investigation and case management, digital evidence, transparency, accountability and the protection of fundamental rights.
This is a timely and necessary debate, at a moment when technological developments call for rigorous reflection on their impact on judicial decision-making and procedural safeguards.
Founded in 2012, the Círculo de Advogados de Contencioso has promoted reflection and debate on matters relating to civil and commercial justice, addressing them from legal, social and economic perspectives.
