BMA Partners with APDI and Grupo Almedina for the 7th Intellectual Property Congress

We are pleased to partner with APDI - Associação Portuguesa de Direito Intelectual and Grupo Almedina concerning the 7th Intellectual Property Congress, taking place on 4–5 December 2025.
Bringing together leading academics and experts, the Congress, coordinated by Professor Dário Moura Vicente and Professor Pedro Caridade de Freitas, will address some of the most relevant developments in Intellectual Property today, including (i) the ongoing revision of the Industrial Property Code (ii) an assessment of the Unified Patent Court and (iii) the challenges that AI and digital platforms pose to copyright.
We look forward to contributing to this high-level discussion on the future of IP and its rapidly evolving landscape.
